Information for patients / Inpatient admission
Arrival
There are coin-operated trolleys and wheelchairs on our five parking sites and in front of the car park which you can use after inserting a 2 euro coin.
Of course, we want your stay be as comfortable and convenient as possible. However, a certain amount of formalities cannot be avoided: Admission formalities can be taken care of by yourself or one of your relatives. What we need is your health insurance card and the referral by your GP. You can also rent a phone here or get information on our optional services.
Opening hours of Inpatient admission
Mondays to Thursdays from 7 am to 4 pm,
Fridays from 7 am to 3 pm.
At other times, your data are recorded on the respective ward or in the outpatient clinic.
Discharge
Please check out on the ward on the day of discharge. Please give back all the things which belong to the hospital, such as books, walking frames etc. Do not forget to take your deposited valuables with you.
Financial matters are dealt with in Inpatient admission from Monday to Thursday between 7 am and 4 pm, on Friday between 7 am and 3 pm.
