What should there be in your suitcase for the hospital?
Documents needed for inpatient admission:
- Referral by your GP
- health insurance card or hospital card
- Documents for doctors and nursing staff:
- Documents of your GP, diagnostic findings such as x-rays, laboratory results etc.
- Plan for the intake of medicaments, drops etc.
- Pacemaker passport
- Vaccination card
- Marcumar passport
- Allergy passport
- x-ray passport
- Toilet articles:
- Towels, washcloths
- Soap, shower gel, cream
- Tooth brush, tooth paste,
- Toothbrush tumbler, mouthwash
- Dentures, denture tumbler, cleaning agents
- Small mirror
- Hair-dryer
- Shampoo, comb, hair brush
- Nail scissors, nail file
