Information for patients / Optional services
Beyond the mandatory services we offer optional services, such as individual treatment by the head physician or his deputies and/ or accommodation in single-bed or two-bed rooms.
Concerning accommodation we offer the following:
- Accommodation in a single-bed room with private facilities en suite
- Accommodation in a two-bed room with private facilities en suite
- Admission of an accompanying person
Concerning the optional service a particular contract between you and the hospital has to be concluded.
Occasionally, patients are treated in two-bed rooms because of the occupancy rate or due to medical reasons. If there is no reason for the treatment of those patients in a two-bed room anymore, they can be transferred to a regular sick room.
