Did you know that there are spokeswomen for patients at our house who will help you with your suggestions, wishes or complaints?

On Thursdays, you can talk to Sister Elisabeth about positive or negative experiences at our house.

The spokeswomen are totally independent volunteers, who represent your interests, mediate in cases of conflict, deal with your worries (on request also confidentially) and try to sort out your problems in close collaboration with doctors, nurses and management.
